Burn it, don't waste it.

We've noticed lately that a few of our customers have purchased CD-RW drives, also called a CD Burner.  For best results we recommend the following:

It is recommended that all the files you are wanting to burn are located on your hard drive.  Some of the CD-RW drives available today have technology that may help them to avoid what is called "buffer underrun" which is explained in great detail here.

Also, it is advisable to exit all programs that are running, including anything in the task bar or screen savers.
