As some of you may have noticed, we have made it possible to check your ACS e-mail from anywhere in the world as long as you are able to access this part of our site.  Check Mail Online.

However, because most of our customers live in this area and use 56k dial-up service, each mailbox has a 6Mb limit.  (This is quite a bit more than what is available with some free e-mail accounts available on the net.)  If you check your mail using the above link, the message stays on the server until it is deleted.  This can cause some people's mailboxes to fill up and cause problems receiving further messages.  It is a good idea to keep your mailbox checked at least once a week, and even better to use Outlook Express to check messages at home or the office, because then you have your own hard drive for storage of all those messages and attachments.
