Services provided by Ashland Computer Systems include the following with the corresponding charges for computer repairs done at our office:
Virus and Adware removal: $20 per incident
Windows Re-install or System Restore/Recovery $20
Cleaning/uninstalling programs, searching for hardware drivers, installing, reinstalling programs $45 for ACS internet customers, $45 per hour for non-internet customers
All other computer repairs: ACS internet customers $20 per hour
Non-internet customers $45 per hour
(Specific internet-related problems for ACS internet customers is usually limited to being able to surf the internet and use an ACS e-mail account. ACS does not and cannot provide warranties or guarantees, either express or implied for the performance of software or services including but not limited to hotmail accounts, yahoo accounts, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, etc.)
Repairs that require someone from ACS coming to your home or office will incur a double hourly rate.
